Take off your rear seat. Most seats pop off in a few seconds.

Does it glow?
This bag is extremely reflective, but does not emit light itself.
Is it hard or soft shell?
Somewhere in between. It's not a hard shell, but it holds its shape better than normal floppy tail bags.
Will it scratch my paint or seat?
No. The base sits on top of your rear seat and the straps run under the seat frame, not against painted bodywork. The contact surface is soft fabric. We've had it on hundreds of test bikes with no paint or vinyl damage reported.
Is it waterproof?
The bag itself is water resistant. The reflective panels are waterproof, the YKK zippers shed water, and the seams hold up to light showers and quick rain bursts. Your gear stays dry.
A packable rain cover is also included and tucks inside the bag. The rain cover is completely waterproof, so it covers you for heavier rain or longer wet rides.
Will it fit my bike?
Almost certainly yes. The base straps to your rear seat and works on any bike with a seat or seat-shaped surface behind the rider. Tested on hundreds of bikes across sport, cruiser, naked, ADV, and touring. The exception is bikes with no rear seat (a handful of pure race bikes, some custom builds with a full luggage rack already mounted). If it doesn't fit yours, send it back for a full refund.
Will it stay on at highway speed?
Yes. The base straps cinch tight under your seat frame, and the bag zips onto the base via a continuous YKK zipper around the bottom edge. The aerodynamic shape means no wind tugging or strap flapping at sustained highway speed.
