So a long story short, I ordered a tread ring in 2020. I ordered the wrong size. After that I talked to the owner figured out how I needed to go about returning it to get the right size after I sent the ring back I no longer had that phone number phone or email address had no idea if they were messaging me back or not fast-forward all the way till present day 2025 about a week ago I found the tracking from the very first original ring so I talked to the owner about it. I told him I ordered it maybe a year ago to find out it’s been five years! The time flies when you’re having fun lol but I told the owner don’t even worry about it. I feel wrong for even asking an owner of a store to send me what I paid for five years ago when he started looking into it he remembered who I was tried to get a hold of me for 3 to 6 months and never could so as soon as I messaged him a week ago, and he found out it was me two days later I have the ring that I ordered in 2020 at my door. The owner of this company is amazing. He has the best work ethic and customer appreciation I’ve ever seen met or heard of in any company. If I could sum all this up in one word it would have to be astonishing or unbelievable unfortunately in the past couple years, I had to sell my bike so therefore, I feel bad that I can’t order more stuff at the moment but I promise you when I get another bike here soon this man will definitely get a few orders from Me hands-down best company to ever deal with!!!!!!!!!!!
