USA Destinations

Free US Shipping - To keep things simple, when you order over $25 USD from MotoLoot.com, your order will be eligible for free US Standard Shipping! For orders under $25, we charge a flat rate of $3.94 for shipping to all US destinations. This means no matter what you purchase from MotoLoot.com, you won't pay more than $3.94 for standard shipping.

Shipping times - We work hard to ship your order out within 24 hours of it being placed (orders placed on Friday or the weekend may take longer to ship as the courier does not pickup on weekends). We offer two shipping methods that have slightly different shipping times. "US Standard Shipping" normally takes 3-7 business days. "US Expedited Shipping" normally takes 2-4 business days.

Shipping Carrier - We ship all orders via DHL, UPS or USPS. While we do our best to get orders sent out quickly, we cannot account for delays caused by DHL, UPS or USPS.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking - Shortly after your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that will contain your order tracking information. Please be aware that in some cases the tracking information can take up to 48 hours to begin updating.

International Destinations

Countries - We ship to most countries. If you are unsure, please contact us here or email us at crew@motoloot.com.

Shipping times/methods - We work hard to ship your order out within 24 hours of it being placed (orders placed on Friday or the weekend may take longer to ship as the courier does not pickup on weekends). We offer two International shipping methods. "International Shipping - Standard" normally takes 2-3 weeks and will only have tracking to your country. "International Shipping - Tracked" normally takes 1-2 weeks and will be tracked to your door. While the above shipping times are generally correct, sometimes customs is slow to process some packages - which can cause shipping to take up to 5 weeks. For some countries we also offer DHL express. DHL express normally takes 1 week to arrive and is tracked the entire journey.
