US Destinations

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We work hard to ship your order out within 24 hours of it being placed (orders placed on Friday or the weekend may take longer to ship as the courier does not pickup on weekends). We offer two shipping methods that have slightly different shipping times. "US Standard Shipping" normally takes 3-7 business days. "US Expedited Shipping" normally takes 2-4 business days.

Q: Why isn't my tracking updating?
A: After receiving your shipping confirmation email, tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin working.

Q: The shipping confirmation email only included half my order, what's going on?
A: As our T Shirts are printed and shipped from a different location, they get their own tracking information. So if you have ordered a T Shirt and other items, you will get a shipping confirmation email when your shirt is shipped and another shipping confirmation email when the rest of your order is shipped.

International Destinations

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: We work hard to ship your order out within 24 hours of it being placed (orders placed on Friday or the weekend may take longer to ship as the courier does not pickup on weekends). We offer two International shipping methods. "International Shipping - Standard" normally takes 2-3 weeks and will only have tracking to your country. "International Shipping - Tracked" normally takes 1-2 weeks and will be tracked to your door. While the above shipping times are generally correct, sometimes customs is slow to process some packages - which can cause shipping to take up to 5 weeks.

Q: Why isn't my tracking starting?
A: After receiving your shipping confirmation email, tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin working.

Q: Why has my tracking stopped?
A: If you chose the "International Shipping - Standard" shipping method, your tracking will only work to your country, not to your door. 

Q: Why is my tracking stuck outside of my country?
A: Your tracking is stuck as that will be the last place your item was scanned before it went to your country.  Once your item is in your country it gets handed to your countries mail service. If your countries mail service forgets to scan your item, the tracking stops updating.

Q: Will I have to pay customs/ Duty fees?
A: As many countries have different laws and regulations governing importing goods from overseas, we cannot provide specific information regarding customs fees. It is the generally the customers responsibility to be aware of, and pay, any customs/duty fees incurred as a result of making a purchase from MotoLoot.com.
