SHIPPING & DELIVERY

To the US:
We ship within 1-2 business days of you making your order. Shipping normally takes 3-5 business days to arrive.

To any other country:
We ship within 1-2 business days of you making your order. Shipping normally takes 2 weeks, but can take up to 5 if there's delays caused by customs.

Shortly after your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email that will contain your order tracking information. Please be aware that in some cases the tracking information can take up to 48 hours to begin updating.

Firstly, don't worry. We won't let you miss out.

Sometimes things can go wrong and cause delivery to take a bit longer.

If your item hasn't been delivered within 7 business days for US orders or 5 weeks for international orders, please contact us and we'll launch an investigation.

All orders are shipped from IL, USA.

We definitely do! Just go through the checkout as you normally would.

Please note, all orders are shipped from the USA.

As many countries have different laws and regulations governing importing goods from overseas, we cannot provide specific information regarding customs fees. It is generally your responsibility to be aware of, and pay, any customs/duty fees incurred as a result of making a purchase from MotoLoot.com.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The most important thing to us is that you are 100% happy with your order. We aren't just saying this. We really mean it. Without happy and satisfied customers we wouldn't be able to keep doing what we're passionate about - offering a place to discover awesome motorcycle loot! 

If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to make it right. This may include:

  • Helping you to return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping);
  • Sending out a free replacement if you order is damaged in transit;
  • Providing a partial refund if your purchase isn't what you expected, but you'd like to keep it; or
  • Anything else we need to do to ensure you have a fantastic experience with Moto Loot and are 100% satistifed!

If it's still new and unopened, yeah no problem. Just contact us for the return instructions.

If it's used or there's an issue with it, we'll still look after you. Contact us to talk about it.

Send us proof of you sending it back (like a shipping receipt) and we can immediately begin the exchange or refund process.

As soon as we process it, your funds leave our account. From there, it normally takes 2-5 business days for your bank to process the incoming refund.

Payment

Your privacy and security is our highest priority. Our website is developed on the Shopify platform - which is used by over 1,000,000 other businesses worldwide. We use Shopify payments to process your payment, which is highly encrypted and secure.

Head to the checkout and, on the first page, there will be a box for you to enter your discount code. Simply enter it there and click 'Apply'.

Please note, you can only use one discount per order.

The store should show your local currency. If it doesn't, please scroll to the bottom of the website and change the country to your country.
